بحضور معالي وزيرة الشؤون القانونية القاضية إشراق المقطري، شهدت العاصمة عدن اختتام فعاليات اللقاء الختامي لإعلان مخرجات مبادرة “المسار الآمن للعدالة الرقمية”، والتي هدفت إلى تعزيز الحماية والتمكين الرقمي، وصياغة آليات قانونية وتقنية تسهم في توفير بيئة إلكترونية آمنة تضمن السلامة الرقمية وتُسهّل الوصول إلى العدالة.
وتأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن مشروع “النهوض بالقيادة النسائية للوصول إلى التأثير”، الذي تنفذه مؤسسة وجود للأمن الإنساني بالشراكة مع هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة وبدعم من صندوق المرأة للسلام والعمل الإنساني.
وخلال اللقاء، تم استعراض دليل الحماية الرقمية، إلى جانب خارطة التعامل مع الجرائم والعنف الرقمي، باعتبارهما من أبرز المخرجات العملية للمبادرة، حيث يهدفان إلى توضيح إجراءات الحماية وآليات الإبلاغ والاستجابة للجرائم الإلكترونية والابتزاز والعنف الرقمي، بما يسهم في تعزيز الوصول إلى العدالة الرقمية بصورة آمنة وفعّالة.
كما جرت مناقشة التوصيات النهائية التي تم التوصل إليها بالتعاون مع نخبة من الخبراء والخبيرات وممثلي الجهات الأمنية والقضائية والنيابة العامة والمحامين والمحاميات والشرطة النسائية، بهدف تطوير مسارات قانونية ومؤسسية واضحة للتعامل مع الجرائم الرقمية وتعزيز التنسيق بين الجهات ذات العلاقة.
وأكد المشاركون والمشاركات أهمية دمج الرؤى القانونية والأمنية والتقنية لضمان فعالية الإجراءات واستجابتها للتحديات الواقعية التي تواجه مستخدمي ومستخدمات الفضاء الرقمي، بما يسهم في توفير حلول مستدامة تدعم المشاركة الآمنة والفاعلة في مختلف المجالات.
وشهد اللقاء حضور الأستاذ عصام وادي رئيس الجمعيات بمكتب الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، إلى جانب عدد من ممثلي وممثلات الجهات الحكومية والأمنية والقضائية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، الذين أكدوا أهمية تعزيز الشراكة والتنسيق المؤسسي لضمان تفعيل التوصيات وتحويلها إلى إجراءات عملية تسهم في تعزيز العدالة الرقمية وحماية مستخدمي ومستخدمات الفضاء الإلكتروني.
واختُتم اللقاء بالتأكيد على مواصلة العمل المشترك والبناء على المخرجات والتوصيات التي تم التوصل إليها، بما يسهم في تعزيز بيئة رقمية أكثر أمانًا وإنصافًا

Closing Meeting Unveils the Outcomes of the "Safe Pathway to Digital Justice" Initiative

In the presence of Her Excellency the Minister of Legal Affairs, Judge Ishraq Al-Maqtari, the capital city of Aden witnessed the conclusion of the closing meeting to announce the outcomes of the "Safe Pathway to Digital Justice" initiative. The initiative aimed to enhance digital protection and empowerment, while formulating legal and technical mechanisms to provide a safe online environment that ensures digital safety and facilitates access to justice.
This initiative is part of the project "Advancing Women's Leadership to Achieve Impact," implemented by the Wogood Foundation for Human Security in partnership with UN Women and with support from the Women's Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF).
During the meeting, the Digital Protection Guide was presented alongside the Response Map for Cybercrimes and Digital Violence. As two of the initiative's most prominent practical outcomes, they aim to clarify protection procedures, reporting mechanisms, and response strategies for cybercrimes, blackmail, and digital violence, thereby contributing to enhancing safe and effective access to digital justice.
Additionally, the final recommendations—developed in collaboration with an elite group of male and female experts, representatives from security and judicial authorities, the public prosecution, male and female lawyers, and the women's police force—were discussed. These recommendations seek to develop clear legal and institutional pathways to tackle digital crimes and strengthen coordination among relevant entities.
The participants emphasized the importance of integrating legal, security, and technical perspectives to ensure the effectiveness of procedures and their responsiveness to the real-world challenges faced by users of the digital space, contributing to sustainable solutions that support safe and active participation across various fields.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Issam Wadi, Head of the Associations Department at the Office of Social Affairs and Labor, along with several male and female representatives from government, security, and judicial bodies, as well as civil society organizations. They underscored the importance of strengthening institutional partnerships and coordination to ensure the activation of these recommendations, turning them into practical measures that promote digital justice and protect all users in the digital sphere.
The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment to continuous joint action and building upon the achieved outcomes and recommendations to foster a safer and more equitable digital environment.
